Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for performing specialized technical and supervisory duties within their respective fields. Structural Welders and Multi Welders will carry out welding activities according to approved procedures and quality standards. Welding Foremen will supervise welding crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Aramco Riggers Level I and Level III will support lifting operations, inspect rigging equipment, and maintain compliance with approved safety procedures. MV Cable Splicer/Jointers will perform cable jointing, termination, testing, and maintenance activities while ensuring reliability and safety of electrical systems. All employees must adhere to company policies, project requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

Required Skills, Experience and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should possess relevant technical experience and practical knowledge related to their trade. Structural Welders, Multi Welders, and Welding Foremen should have experience in industrial welding activities and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Rigger candidates should be familiar with lifting operations, rigging equipment inspection, and workplace safety procedures. MV Cable Splicer/Jointers should have expertise in medium-voltage cable systems, jointing techniques, and electrical maintenance practices. A valid Vendor Code and Chamber Registration are mandatory as specified by the employer. Candidates must also have a minimum of three months validity remaining on their Iqama.

1. Structural Welder

Requirement: Vendor Code Mandatory

Responsible for structural welding activities, fabrication work, and ensuring compliance with approved welding standards.

2. Welding Foreman

Responsible for supervising welding crews, coordinating work activities, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

3. Multi Welder

Responsible for performing various welding processes and supporting fabrication and maintenance activities.

4. Aramco Rigger Level I

Responsible for assisting lifting operations, inspecting rigging equipment, and supporting safe material handling activities.

5. Aramco Rigger Level III

Responsible for leading rigging activities, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with lifting procedures.

6. MV Cable Splicer / Jointer

Responsible for cable jointing, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medium-voltage electrical systems.
