Work Permit Receiver

Work Permit Receivers (WPRs) play a critical role in industrial and oil & gas projects by ensuring that all work activities are properly authorized and carried out in accordance with safety regulations. Yas International General Contracting Establishment is urgently hiring Aramco-approved Work Permit Receivers for a long-term project in Duwadimi, Saudi Arabia. Immediate mobilization is available for qualified candidates who meet the project requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Work Permit Receivers are responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and managing work permits before any job activity begins. They coordinate with operations, safety departments, supervisors, and project teams to ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards. Duties include monitoring work sites, verifying permit conditions, ensuring proper hazard controls are implemented, maintaining permit documentation, and supporting safe project execution. WPRs must also communicate effectively with project personnel and ensure all work activities follow approved procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must possess a valid Aramco Card and have previous experience working as a Work Permit Receiver in industrial or oil & gas projects. Candidates should be familiar with permit-to-work systems, safety procedures, hazard identification, and site coordination requirements. Chamber Registration and Vendor Code are mandatory for this position. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential.
