Key Responsibilities
The Civil QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting civil construction work, verifying compliance with engineering specifications, reviewing construction drawings, conducting quality inspections, and preparing inspection reports. Daily responsibilities include monitoring workmanship, identifying non-conforming work, coordinating with engineers and supervisors, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly. Depending on the assigned position, Civil Supervisors will oversee construction teams and daily site activities, Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations, while Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work operations, identify fire hazards, and respond immediately to emergency situations. All employees are expected to follow company safety policies and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
