IHTIMAL Contracting Company has announced an urgent recruitment campaign for ARAMCO-approved WPR and Rigger professionals to support ongoing oil & gas projects in Abqaiq and Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WPR personnel will be responsible for coordinating work permit activities, ensuring compliance with site safety requirements, and supporting safe execution of daily operations. Rigger 1, Rigger 2, and Rigger 3 personnel will perform lifting and rigging operations, inspect lifting equipment, prepare lifting plans, and ensure safe movement of materials and heavy equipment according to project requirements. Candidates will work closely with supervisors, crane operators, and construction teams to maintain efficient site operations. All employees must follow ARAMCO safety regulations, maintain accurate work records, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess relevant experience in oil & gas, industrial construction, or heavy lifting operations. Strong knowledge of work permit systems, rigging procedures, lifting operations, and ARAMCO safety standards is essential. Candidates should be familiar with site safety compliance, hazard identification, and safe work practices within industrial environments. Previous experience on ARAMCO projects will be considered an advantage. Good communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in demanding field conditions are important for successful performance. Valid ARAMCO approval is required for all listed positions.
