Key Responsibilities

Work Permit Receivers will be responsible for issuing, verifying, and managing work permits in accordance with SABIC safety standards. They must ensure all required approvals are obtained before any work begins and coordinate closely with supervisors and safety teams.Safety Officers will monitor site activities, identify potential hazards, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations during shutdown operations. They will conduct inspections, enforce safety procedures, and ensure workers follow proper protective measures. Both roles require constant coordination with site management to ensure safe and efficient execution of shutdown tasks.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants must have prior SABIC project experience along with strong knowledge of industrial safety systems and permit-to-work procedures. WPR candidates should be well-versed in documentation, permit approvals, and coordination between departments.Safety Officers must have a strong understanding of hazard identification, emergency response procedures, and shutdown safety operations.
