3G/4G Welder (30 Nos )
Welding remains one of the most important trades across fabrication, maintenance, and industrial construction projects. Skilled welders are needed to produce strong, accurate joints while meeting project specifications and maintaining high workplace safety standards. Al Fajar International General Contracting Co. Ltd. is currently recruiting 30 experienced 3G/4G Welders for a long-term project in Jubail. Candidates who meet the experience and documentation requirements should prepare for document checking at the recruitment office.
Why Skilled Welders Are Important
3G and 4G welding positions require practical ability, steady workmanship, and a clear understanding of welding procedures. Welders working in industrial environments must produce reliable joints in different positions while maintaining proper preparation, alignment, penetration, and finishing. Their work directly affects the quality and durability of fabricated structures and piping or structural components.
Experienced welders are therefore an important part of project teams, working alongside fabricators, fitters, supervisors, inspectors, and other technical personnel to keep fabrication and installation activities progressing efficiently.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected welders will carry out welding activities in the required 3G and 4G positions according to project drawings, welding procedures, and supervisor instructions. Their daily work may include preparing surfaces and joints, checking alignment before welding, selecting the appropriate welding method and settings, and producing clean and consistent welds.
Workers will also be expected to inspect their completed work visually, maintain welding equipment properly, and report defects or technical issues to supervisors. Following site safety rules, using the correct personal protective equipment, and maintaining a clean working area will be essential parts of the job. Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a larger industrial team and meeting project quality requirements.
Experience, Skills & Eligibility
Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant welding experience. Candidates should have practical knowledge of 3G/4G welding and be capable of working independently while following approved welding procedures and technical instructions.
Chamber and Ajeer are required for this vacancy. Applicants must also have a valid Iqama, valid Muqeem, and passport copy. The recruitment notice specifically asks candidates to bring their original passport for document verification.
