Primary Work Responsibilities

The 4G Welder CS will undertake carbon steel welding in the 4G position according to approved procedures and project specifications. Both categories may be required to inspect joints before welding, prepare surfaces and welding equipment, maintain proper welding parameters, and coordinate with supervisors and other fabrication personnel. Workers are also expected to follow site safety procedures, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean and controlled work area.
