Scaffolder, Flag Man

MAS Contracting is urgently recruiting experienced Scaffolders and Flag Men for a long-term industrial project in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking qualified professionals who hold a valid TÜV Card and are ready for immediate deployment following the scheduled interview. These positions are vital to maintaining safe construction operations, ensuring efficient material handling, and supporting industrial activities in accordance with project safety standards. Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

The selected Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures while ensuring compliance with approved engineering standards and industrial safety regulations. They will inspect scaffolding materials, secure working platforms, and support construction teams by providing safe access for work at height. Flag Men will manage vehicle and equipment movement, guide heavy machinery operators, control traffic within the worksite, and ensure the safety of workers and equipment during lifting and transportation activities. Both positions require close coordination with supervisors, safety officers, and project teams while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Employees are expected to follow all company policies, use personal protective equipment correctly, and contribute to the successful completion of project activities.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for and possess a valid TÜV Card, which is mandatory for both Scaffolders and Flag Men. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of industrial safety procedures, hazard awareness, teamwork, and communication skills. Scaffolders must have experience working at heights and knowledge of scaffold erection and inspection procedures, while Flag Men should be skilled in directing vehicle movements and maintaining safe worksite traffic control. Applicants must also have a valid Absher Iqama, Muqeem, Passport Copy, Medical (Body Fitness) Certificate, CR Copy, and an Original Passport, which is compulsory for mobilization.
