Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while following company procedures and project safety regulations. Pipe Fitters, Fabricators, Structural Fitters, Millwright Fitters, and Mechanical Fitters will install, assemble, and maintain industrial equipment and piping systems. SS Welders, Structural Welders, and Plate Welders will perform welding activities according to approved welding procedures and project specifications. Piping Foremen, Mechanical Foremen, Electrical Foremen, Civil Foremen, Structure Foremen, and Scaffolding Foremen will supervise work crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Electricians and Electrical Terminators will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems. Fire Watchers and Hole Watchers will monitor hazardous work areas and ensure compliance with safety requirements. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures, while Rigger Helpers will assist lifting teams during material handling operations. Grinders, Carpenters, Masons, and Millwrights will complete fabrication, finishing, civil, and maintenance tasks while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should possess practical experience in their respective trade along with a strong understanding of industrial construction practices. Supervisory positions require leadership ability, planning skills, and experience managing construction teams. Skilled trades require hands-on knowledge of tools, equipment, fabrication methods, welding techniques, piping installation, electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, and civil construction work. Fire Watchers and Hole Watchers should understand workplace safety procedures and hazard identification, while Scaffolders and Rigger Helpers should be familiar with safe working practices around heavy equipment and elevated work areas.
