Roles and Key Responsibilities
Work Permit Receivers (WPRs) will be responsible for issuing, monitoring, and controlling work permits while ensuring all activities comply with Ma’aden safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements. Safety Officers will conduct routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, organize toolbox talks, monitor compliance with HSE regulations, investigate incidents, and promote a safe working environment. Safety Supervisors will oversee the entire site safety program, supervise safety teams, enforce project safety standards, conduct audits, prepare safety reports, and coordinate with project management to ensure compliance with Ma’aden regulations. All employees are expected to follow company policies, maintain high safety standards, and support efficient project execution.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience in mining, industrial, refinery, or heavy construction projects. A valid Ma’aden ID is mandatory for all positions. WPR candidates should have experience with permit-to-work systems and hazard control procedures. Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors should possess strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates must also possess valid Saudi work documents and be available for immediate mobilization.
