The recruitment covers two Pipeline Supervisor positions, six Welding Supervisor positions, and two Civil Foreman positions. The roles are intended for candidates with relevant Aramco project experience and specified safety training, reflecting the structured requirements commonly applied to industrial construction and infrastructure work. Supervisory personnel are responsible for coordinating site teams, maintaining work quality, monitoring safety procedures, and ensuring activities progress according to project requirements. Candidates selected for these positions will be expected to work within established site procedures and coordinate effectively with technical and operational teams.

Civil Foremen will supervise civil work crews, coordinate daily site activities, monitor execution, and communicate requirements between workers and site management. All supervisory roles require effective workforce coordination, clear communication, attention to safety, and the ability to maintain productivity while working within an Aramco project environment. Supervisors may also be responsible for reporting progress, identifying site issues, and coordinating corrective actions with relevant departments.

Experience & Training Requirements

The Pipeline Supervisor requirement calls for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in Aramco pipeline projects and the specified courses of OSHA 30 Hours, BLS, and First Aid.
