Scaffolding Supervisor

AL-BISH Contracting Est is urgently recruiting an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor (Aramco S2 approved) for a long-term project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is part of an immediate mobilization drive where qualified candidates are required to join quickly based on project needs. The role is designed for professionals with strong offshore or industrial scaffolding supervision experience, particularly in Aramco-standard environments. Since the project is long-term and safety-critical, the company is seeking only certified and fully eligible candidates who can ensure proper scaffold operations at high-risk construction sites.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring that erection and dismantling work is carried out safely and according to Aramco-approved standards. The role includes inspecting scaffolding structures, verifying load capacity, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times. The supervisor must coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and workers to ensure that all scaffolding systems are properly installed and maintained. Daily monitoring of scaffold conditions, identifying risks, and enforcing safe work procedures are key parts of the job. Strong leadership is required to guide teams and maintain discipline in a high-pressure industrial environment.

Required Skills, Certification, and Experience
