Painter, Blaster & Helper

ERCON GROUP has announced an urgent hiring requirement for multiple industrial roles including Painter, Blaster, and Helper for a project in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. This recruitment is focused on candidates ready for immediate mobilization with valid documentation. The project offers a 6-month contract (extendable) and is ideal for workers experienced in industrial painting, blasting, and general site support. Candidates with proper Ajeer documentation and limited sponsorship (1–2 sponsors only) are encouraged to apply.

Role Importance and Work Scope

These roles are essential in industrial maintenance and construction projects. Painters and Blasters are responsible for surface preparation and coating, which helps protect structures from corrosion and environmental damage. Their work ensures durability and long-term performance of industrial assets. Helpers support daily operations by assisting skilled workers, handling materials, and maintaining site efficiency. Together, these roles contribute to smooth project execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties based on their job roles. Painters will apply protective coatings, ensure proper surface finishing, and follow project specifications. Blasters will prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, and contaminants using blasting techniques. Helpers will assist in loading materials, preparing work areas, and supporting skilled workers on-site. All workers must follow safety procedures, use protective equipment, and maintain discipline while working in industrial environments. Coordination with supervisors and timely completion of assigned tasks are key responsibilities.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial painting, blasting, or general labor work. Painters and Blasters must understand surface preparation techniques and coating processes. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks. Candidates must have Ajeer documentation, and only those with 1 or maximum 2 sponsors will be accepted. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf industrial projects will be an advantage. Basic communication skills and ability to work in a team are required.
