Glory Bridge International Manpower is currently recruiting for two key support roles — Camp Manager and Store Keeper — for a project based in Afif, a growing industrial hub in the Riyadh region. These positions are integral to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that both personnel welfare and material supply functions are managed professionally and without disruption. Both roles come with accommodation and food provided, making them attractive long-term placements for experienced candidates ready to contribute to a structured project environment.
Core Responsibilities of the Roles
A Camp Manager is responsible for the overall administration and welfare of the project camp, overseeing accommodation, hygiene, catering coordination, and the general wellbeing of site personnel. The role requires strong organizational and people management skills, as the Camp Manager serves as the central point of contact for all camp-related issues and ensures that facilities are maintained to company and client standards at all times. The Store Keeper, on the other hand, is responsible for receiving, recording, storing, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment as required by the project. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with procurement teams, and ensuring that stock levels are properly managed to avoid any project delays.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Camp Manager candidates must have a minimum of three years of direct experience in camp management within a construction, industrial, or oil and gas project environment. Strong leadership, communication, and administrative abilities are essential, along with familiarity with camp welfare standards and workforce accommodation requirements. Store Keeper applicants should have prior experience in a stores or warehouse role within a project setting, with competence in inventory management, material documentation, and basic computer skills for record keeping. For both roles, candidates must have a valid Iqama and all required documents ready for immediate submission.
