Role Description & Industry Importance
Carpenters are responsible for construction-related woodwork, formwork, framing, and structural support installations required in building projects. Steel Fitters perform steel structure assembly, alignment, fitting, and installation work according to project specifications. These roles are essential in large-scale construction projects to ensure structural quality, project progress, and safe site operations.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Carpenters will carry out formwork preparation, installation, and other construction carpentry activities on-site. Steel Fitters will assemble, align, and install steel components and structural fittings according to engineering drawings and site requirements. All workers must follow safety procedures, maintain workmanship quality, and complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have previous construction project experience relevant to their applied position. Candidates must possess a valid Iqama and be physically fit for site work. Only experienced and serious candidates will be considered for this project.
