Civil Supervisor & Civil Foreman

The company is hiring Civil Supervisors and Civil Foremen to support ongoing infrastructure and construction activities. These roles are essential for managing site operations, supervising workforce activities, and ensuring that construction work is executed according to project plans and quality standards. Role Importance and Work Scope

Civil Supervisors and Foremen play a key role in ensuring that construction projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. They act as the link between management and site workers, ensuring proper execution of civil works such as foundations, structural activities, and site preparation. In large industrial projects like Jubail 2, these roles are critical for maintaining timelines, managing manpower, and ensuring that all work meets engineering and safety standards. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for supervising daily site activities and ensuring that work is completed as per project specifications. Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision roles. Civil Foremen should have practical knowledge of construction work and experience in handling workforce operations. Candidates must possess valid Chamber documentation, along with updated CVs and experience certificates. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf construction projects will be considered an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
