Role Overview
The project includes a wide range of roles across piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. Supervisors and foremen in piping and E&I are responsible for managing site activities, coordinating manpower, and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications. Technicians, fitters, and electricians perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair tasks related to electrical and mechanical systems. WPRs ensure proper work permits are followed, while TUV Riggers handle lifting operations safely. Helpers and grinder men support skilled workers by assisting with tools, materials, and general site duties. Each role contributes to maintaining smooth workflow and productivity across the Jafurah project.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing trade-specific tasks according to their assigned roles. Supervisors and foremen will manage teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Technicians and fitters will carry out installation, testing, and maintenance work with precision. Electricians and E&I staff will handle electrical systems, cable work, and instrumentation tasks. Riggers will manage lifting operations following strict safety procedures, while helpers will support general construction activities. All workers must follow site instructions, maintain discipline, and adhere to safety regulations throughout the project duration.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades such as piping, electrical, instrumentation, rigging, or general construction work. Supervisory roles require strong leadership and coordination skills. Technical staff must have practical field knowledge and the ability to handle tools and equipment safely. Riggers must hold valid TUV certification, and WPR candidates should understand permit-to-work systems. Basic communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work in demanding site conditions are essential.
