Key Responsibilities
Construction Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily site activities, including material handling, site preparation, and maintaining workplace cleanliness. Rigger II and Rigger III personnel will be responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment and materials using approved rigging techniques. They must inspect lifting gear, follow lifting plans, and ensure that all lifting operations are performed safely and efficiently. Candidates are expected to strictly follow safety procedures, coordinate with supervisors, and contribute to smooth project operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant experience in construction or industrial projects, particularly in rigging and material handling operations. Rigger candidates must have practical knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging methods, and workplace safety standards. Construction Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in demanding site conditions.
