Construction & Project Support Staff
Description
An urgent recruitment drive is open for experienced construction and project support professionals for projects in Riyadh. The company is hiring senior-level field and support staff with strong experience in construction operations, site supervision, procurement, and store management.
Key Responsibilities
Land Surveyor:
Responsible for land measurements, site layout, surveying calculations, and supporting engineering teams with accurate site data.
Civil Foreman:
Supervises civil construction activities, assigns labor tasks, monitors site progress, and ensures work is executed according to drawings and project standards.
Mechanical Foreman:
Oversees mechanical installation activities, coordinates workforce, manages daily tasks, and ensures compliance with mechanical specifications.
Local Purchaser:
Responsible for sourcing local materials, coordinating with suppliers, handling purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of project materials.
Store Keeper:
Manages site inventory, records incoming and outgoing materials, maintains stock control, and ensures proper storage procedures.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong construction project experience relevant to the position. Supervisory roles require leadership and site coordination abilities. Support roles require good record management and procurement coordination skills. Experience in Saudi Arabia construction projects is highly preferred.
Job Details
Available Positions:
- Land Surveyor — 4,000–5,000 SAR (Minimum 8 years experience)
- Civil Foreman — 3,500–4,500 SAR (Minimum 8 years experience)
- Mechanical Foreman — 3,500–4,500 SAR (Minimum 8 years experience)
- Local Purchaser — 3,500–4,500 SAR (Minimum 5 years experience)
- Store Keeper — 3,500–4,500 SAR (Minimum 5 years experience)
