Role Duties and Work Execution
Selected Electrical and Mechanical Foremen will be responsible for supervising on-site teams and ensuring that all construction activities are performed according to engineering drawings and safety standards. Electrical Foremen will manage wiring systems, power distribution tasks, and electrical installation work, while Mechanical Foremen will oversee piping, equipment installation, alignment, and mechanical assembly tasks.
Both roles require coordination with engineers, site supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Daily reporting of progress, identifying technical issues on site, and ensuring proper use of tools and materials are key responsibilities. Maintaining discipline, safety compliance, and work quality is an essential part of the job function.
Required Skills and Professional Background
Applicants must have solid experience in construction supervision, specifically in electrical or mechanical fields.
