This urgent manpower requirement is for a 3-month Aramco project located in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. The opportunity is offered by GlobalTech Contracting Company and involves immediate mobilization for skilled professionals in rigging and permit control operations. The positions are part of a high-priority industrial maintenance and shutdown support project where safety, precision, and technical expertise are essential. The available roles include Rigger Level 1 (Aramco certified), Rigger Level 2 (Aramco certified), and Permit Receiver (Aramco approved), all working under strict industrial safety regulations.
Candidates must hold valid Aramco cards with a minimum validity of 3 months, as the project duration is short-term but intensive. The work environment is highly controlled and follows oil and gas industry standards, requiring experienced manpower capable of handling critical lifting and permit coordination tasks in refinery or plant settings.
Work Responsibilities and Role Execution
The selected Rigger Level 1 professionals will be responsible for handling advanced lifting operations, supervising rigging activities, and ensuring safe load movement in compliance with Aramco safety guidelines. They will also guide junior riggers and coordinate with crane operators to execute complex lifting plans.
Rigger Level 2 workers will support rigging operations by preparing equipment, assisting in load handling, and ensuring proper sling and hook arrangements. They will work closely under supervision to maintain safety compliance at all times. Permit Receivers will manage work permits, ensuring all site activities are approved, documented, and executed according to Aramco permit-to-work systems. Their role is critical in maintaining safe coordination between operations, safety teams, and site management.
Skills, Certification, and Experience Required
Applicants must have proven experience in oil and gas shutdown or maintenance projects, particularly within Aramco environments. Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting safety standards, and permit-to-work systems is essential. Rigger Level 1 candidates must demonstrate advanced technical expertise, while Level 2 applicants should have solid supporting experience in rigging operations.
Permit Receivers must possess strong administrative and safety coordination skills, along with knowledge of Aramco documentation procedures. All candidates should be physically fit, capable of working in demanding industrial conditions, and familiar with strict safety protocols followed in refinery environments. Prior Gulf experience will be considered a strong advantage.
