Electrical Technician & Helper
An urgent rental-based manpower requirement has been announced for Electrical Technicians and Helpers for multi-site projects across Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is part of a long-term project involving power substation works under the scope of SCECO power systems. The work is designed for skilled technicians and general helpers who can support electrical installation activities, including EMT piping systems and related infrastructure work. Key Responsibilities
The Electrical Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems at substation sites, including EMT piping installation, bending, wall and ceiling slab drilling, and junction box installation. Work must be carried out according to technical drawings and safety procedures. Helpers will assist technicians in carrying tools, preparing materials, supporting installation tasks, and maintaining site cleanliness and organization. Both roles require strict adherence to safety regulations, coordination with supervisors, and efficient execution of daily site activities to ensure smooth project progress under industrial conditions.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants for the Electrical Technician role should have practical experience in electrical installation works, particularly in substation environments and EMT systems. Knowledge of wiring, conduit bending, and electrical fitting techniques is essential. Helpers should be physically fit, disciplined, and able to follow instructions accurately. Both positions require awareness of workplace safety standards and the ability to work in team-based industrial environments. A valid Ajeer certificate, updated CV, and required documents are mandatory for all applicants. Experience in power distribution or industrial projects will be considered a strong advantage.
