Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling mechanical installation, alignment, and maintenance of rotating and static equipment in accordance with project requirements. Equipment Installation Supervisors will oversee site activities, manage teams, and ensure that all installation work is completed according to technical drawings and safety standards. Millwright Supervisors will monitor mechanical operations, guide technicians, and ensure proper execution of repair and maintenance tasks. Millwright Technicians will carry out hands-on duties including equipment assembly, dismantling, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. All personnel must follow strict safety guidelines, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure that all machinery is installed and maintained correctly to avoid operational disruptions. Since this is a long-term industrial project, consistency, discipline, and technical accuracy are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants must have strong technical experience in industrial mechanical work, especially in equipment installation, rotating machinery, and static systems. Equipment Installation Supervisors should have leadership experience and the ability to manage teams efficiently under site conditions. Millwright Supervisors and Technicians must possess practical knowledge of mechanical systems, alignment techniques, and maintenance procedures. Candidates should be capable of reading technical drawings, using mechanical tools, and following engineering instructions accurately. Experience in oil, gas, or NGL plant environments will be considered a strong advantage. The ability to work in rotating shifts, adapt to room-to-room duty assignments, and handle physically demanding tasks is also required. Strong communication skills and adherence to safety protocols are essential for all positions.
