HSE Supervisor
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) supervision is a critical function in large-scale oil and gas operations, especially in Aramco-related projects where safety compliance standards are extremely strict. Key Responsibilities
The selected HSE Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring daily site activities to ensure full compliance with safety standards and Aramco regulations. Duties include conducting regular safety inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented immediately. The supervisor will also be responsible for conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site workers to promote awareness and safe working practices. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed safety reports, investigating incidents or near-misses, and coordinating with project management to improve site safety systems. The role requires constant monitoring of contractor activities, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment, and maintaining a proactive approach toward risk prevention in all operational areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
