Flagman – 15 Nos – 12 SAR
SMB is urgently hiring Flagmen for a long-term project in Hawiyah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is suitable for workers experienced in industrial site safety and traffic coordination roles. Flagmen play an important role in maintaining safe movement of vehicles, machinery, and personnel in active industrial work zones, ensuring smooth site operations and preventing accidents.

Salary is processed 45 days after timesheet submission, and selected candidates must complete the interview process with original documents.
Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
The selected Flagmen will be responsible for directing traffic movement within the work site, controlling vehicle entry and exit points, and guiding operators and drivers safely through designated work areas. They will use approved signaling methods to prevent accidents and ensure safe movement of workers, vehicles, and equipment.
Flagmen are also expected to coordinate with site supervisors and safety officers to maintain safe working conditions. They must remain alert at all times, identify unsafe movements, and immediately respond to site hazards. Compliance with industrial safety regulations and active participation in daily safety operations are essential parts of the role.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial safety support roles, especially as flagmen or traffic marshals on project sites. A valid Flagman Card is mandatory, along with H2S, First Aid, and Fire Fighting certificates.
Candidates should have strong awareness of site safety procedures, the ability to communicate effectively with operators and workers, and the discipline to work in high-risk industrial environments. Physical fitness and readiness for long-term deployment are essential for this role.
