Mechanical Supervisor, Civil Foreman & Multi Welder
This urgent manpower requirement is for immediate mobilization across industrial projects in Jeddah and Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. The hiring covers supervisory and skilled welding positions under long-term project conditions. These roles are essential for ensuring smooth execution of mechanical, civil, and welding activities in large-scale industrial and construction environments where quality, safety, and efficiency are critical.
The requirement is open for experienced professionals who can join immediately after selection. Candidates will be deployed based on project needs, with strict adherence to industrial safety standards and site regulations.
Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing mechanical site activities, managing workforce execution, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and coordinating with project engineers to maintain smooth workflow. The role requires strong leadership and technical decision-making on-site.
The Civil Foreman will supervise civil construction activities, including structural work, site coordination, and labor management. The role involves ensuring that work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Multi Welders will perform welding tasks using approved techniques as per project specifications. They must ensure proper welding quality, follow safety procedures, and work under supervision to complete fabrication and installation tasks efficiently.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
Applicants for Mechanical Supervisor must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical construction or industrial projects. Strong leadership, site management skills, and technical knowledge are required.
Civil Foreman candidates should have solid experience in civil construction supervision and workforce handling. Multi Welders must hold a valid JCC card and demonstrate proven welding skills in industrial environments, preferably in oil and gas or heavy construction projects.
