Helper – Long-Term
Jamal J. Al Jamal & Partners Contracting Co. (JJC) has announced an urgent recruitment drive for Helpers to support an ongoing Saipem project in Jaima, Saudi Arabia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected Helpers will be responsible for supporting daily construction and industrial activities at the project site. Their duties include assisting skilled tradesmen, handling and moving materials, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and ensuring smooth workflow across different sections of the project. Workers may also be assigned general labor tasks depending on site requirements.
All employees must strictly follow safety guidelines and instructions given by supervisors. Maintaining discipline, punctuality, and teamwork is essential. Helpers are expected to work efficiently under supervision and contribute to the timely completion of project tasks.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in industrial environments. Basic understanding of construction site operations will be an advantage. Candidates should be disciplined, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately.
Mandatory documentation is a key requirement for this position. Applicants must have valid project-related documents including Vendor Code and Aramco-related approvals. Additional required documents include Absher Iqama copy, passport copy, medical fitness certificate, CR copy, Muqeem copy, and insurance copy. Original passport is mandatory and must be presented during the selection process.
