Helper (Tree Plantation)
Norah Saleh Al-Yami Est. is urgently recruiting a large number of Helper (Tree Planting) workers for a long-term environmental and landscaping project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open to all candidates and involves large-scale plantation and maintenance work aimed at supporting green development initiatives in the region.
Core Responsibilities
Helpers will be responsible for assisting in tree plantation activities, including digging soil pits, planting saplings, watering plants, and maintaining plantation areas. Workers may also support in transporting tools, preparing land for planting, and maintaining cleanliness of work zones. Daily tasks must be completed under supervisor instructions while ensuring proper care of plants and adherence to environmental guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions. Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, farming, or construction labor will be beneficial but is not mandatory. Candidates must be disciplined, hardworking, and able to follow instructions. Valid work documents including passport, IQAMA, Muqeem, and medical records are required.
