This large-scale offshore recruitment drive is for multiple technical, supervisory, and labor categories across industrial and oil & gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The hiring is being conducted for long-term offshore assignments requiring experienced professionals and skilled workers to support construction, fabrication, maintenance, and safety operations. Candidates will be deployed to high-standard industrial environments where safety, discipline, and technical expertise are essential.
Core Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties based on their trade category. Supervisors will manage teams, monitor site progress, ensure compliance with offshore safety standards, and coordinate daily operations. Foremen will oversee skilled labor activities such as scaffolding, mechanical work, sandblasting, and fabrication. Technicians will handle electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks in offshore facilities. Safety and fire watch personnel will ensure hazard control and compliance with safety regulations. Skilled workers like welders, riggers, masons, steel fixers, and helpers will support construction and fabrication activities as assigned. All workers must strictly follow offshore safety procedures and company regulations.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants must have relevant experience in offshore or industrial projects. Supervisors and inspectors should have strong leadership and technical knowledge in their respective fields. Technicians must be skilled in electrical or mechanical systems maintenance. Safety Officers must have strong knowledge of hazard prevention and site safety compliance. Tradesmen such as scaffolders, riggers, welders, and fabricators should hold valid certifications such as TUV or running cards where required. All candidates must meet medical fitness standards including Saipem medical clearance. Chamber registration is mandatory.
