Roles and Key Responsibilities
An HSE Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all health, safety, and environmental programs across the project. Daily responsibilities include developing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, reviewing method statements, leading safety meetings, supervising HSE personnel, monitoring compliance with Aramco standards, investigating incidents, preparing safety reports, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. The HSE Manager also coordinates with project managers, engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure all project activities comply with legal and client-specific safety requirements. Promoting continuous improvement, delivering safety training, conducting audits, and maintaining emergency preparedness are also key aspects of the role.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
