Scaffolders, Scaffolding Supervisors, Work Permit Receivers, and HSE Officers
A current recruitment requirement is open for experienced scaffolding professionals for projects in Abha, Mahad, and Jazan, Saudi Arabia. The requirement covers Scaffolders, Scaffolding Supervisors, Work Permit Receivers (WPR), and HSE Officers, with specific certification and approval requirements depending on the position. These roles support the safe execution of construction, maintenance, and industrial site activities where temporary access systems, work permits, and occupational safety controls are essential to daily operations. The project duration is six months and may be extended based on performance and operational requirements. With major construction and industrial activities continuing across Saudi Arabia, competent site personnel remain important for maintaining safe and organized project execution.
Role & Operational Responsibilities
Scaffolders will be responsible for carrying out scaffolding-related work according to approved site procedures, safety requirements, and project instructions. The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee scaffolding activities, coordinate manpower, monitor work progress, and ensure that site practices comply with applicable requirements. WPR personnel will manage and coordinate work-permit-related activities, ensuring that required permits and site controls are in place before work begins. HSE Officers will support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures, monitor workplace conditions, identify potential hazards, and coordinate corrective actions where required. All personnel are expected to follow site instructions and maintain safe working practices throughout their assignments.
Required Skills & Professional Knowledge
The recruitment specifically requires TUV-certified Scaffolders, while the Scaffolding Supervisor, WPR, and HSE Officer positions require relevant Aramco approval. Candidates should have practical knowledge appropriate to their respective roles and be capable of working within structured Saudi project environments. Scaffolders should understand safe erection, modification, and dismantling practices, while supervisors should have the ability to coordinate scaffolding teams and maintain work standards. WPR candidates should be familiar with permit-controlled work environments and associated procedures. Candidates should also be prepared for extended daily working hours and immediate mobilization.
Project Environment & Site Conditions
The assignments are located across Abha, Mahad, and Jazan, requiring candidates to work in active project and construction environments. The stated working schedule is approximately 10 to 12 hours per day, depending on site requirements. Company-provided food and accommodation are included, which supports personnel during the six-month assignment.
