Roles and Key Responsibilities

An HSE Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily safety operations, conducting routine site inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring all project activities comply with Aramco HSE standards and company policies. Daily duties include organizing toolbox talks, monitoring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), reviewing risk assessments and method statements, investigating incidents, maintaining safety records, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. The HSE Supervisor also coordinates with project managers, engineers, and safety teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants must be Aramco Approved HSE Supervisors with relevant experience in oil & gas or industrial construction projects.
