Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
Mechanical Rotating QC Inspectors will be responsible for inspecting rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors. Duties include checking installation quality, alignment verification, inspection documentation, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
Piping QC Inspectors will handle inspection of piping systems, including hydrotesting, weld inspections, and preparation of testing and tie-in packages. They will also coordinate with project teams for system completion, ensure proper documentation, and verify compliance with Aramco and international standards. Both roles require strict attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance procedures.
Skills, Certification, and Experience Required
Mechanical Rotating QC Inspector candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in rotating equipment inspection. Knowledge of mechanical systems and Aramco standards is preferable but not mandatory.
Piping QC Inspectors must have a minimum of 8 years of experience with Aramco CBT approval and CBT passing certification. Strong knowledge of hydrotesting procedures, piping inspection methods, and documentation preparation is required. Experience in tie-in package coordination is essential.
All candidates must possess Ajeer registration and valid vendor code. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work in industrial site conditions are mandatory.
