Advanced Initiative Solutioning Contracting Co. (AISCO) is urgently recruiting skilled and general workforce for the Fadhili Project in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term project offering immediate mobilization on a rental basis. The company is seeking experienced Pipe Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, Helpers/Labourers, and Welders (TIG & ARC – Carbon Steel) to support ongoing industrial operations. Key Responsibilities
Each position carries important responsibilities to ensure the successful completion of the project. Pipe Fabricators will fabricate and assemble piping systems according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Pipe Fitters will install, align, and fit pipes, valves, and fittings while ensuring proper system functionality. Helpers/Labourers will assist skilled workers by transporting materials, preparing work areas, and maintaining site cleanliness and safety. Welders (TIG & ARC – Carbon Steel) will perform high-quality welding on piping components, inspect welds for compliance, and follow approved welding procedures. All employees must strictly adhere to company and project safety standards while working efficiently within the project schedule.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trade, preferably in industrial or oil & gas projects. Candidates must be physically fit, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high safety standards. Welders should have experience in TIG and ARC welding on Carbon Steel, while Pipe Fabricators and Pipe Fitters should be able to interpret technical drawings and perform installation work accurately. Candidates must bring their Original Passport when visiting the office for recruitment. Immediate availability for mobilization will be an added advantage.
