Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
The selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Pipe Fitters will install, assemble, align, repair, and maintain industrial piping systems by following engineering drawings and project specifications. Mechanical Fitters will install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, rotating machinery, and industrial systems while ensuring proper alignment and operational efficiency. Structural Fitters will fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel components according to approved drawings and technical requirements. All employees will inspect materials before installation, use tools and equipment safely, maintain accurate workmanship, comply with workplace safety procedures, and coordinate closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow workers to complete project activities efficiently and on schedule.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required
Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of relevant industrial experience in their respective trade. Candidates must have practical knowledge of installation techniques, engineering drawings, industrial tools, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
