Future Flag Company is urgently hiring skilled and semi-skilled manpower for the Maaden New Site Project in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. The requirement covers multiple categories including piping, welding, mechanical, HSE, WPR, civil, structural, and general support manpower.
These opportunities are suitable for professionals with industrial construction experience who can contribute to safe and efficient project execution. Large-scale mining and industrial developments in Saudi Arabia require qualified manpower to support fabrication, installation, maintenance, and construction activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades and project requirements.
Piping Foremen, Pipe Fitters, FRP Pipe Fitters, and Welders will handle piping installation, fabrication, welding, alignment, and related mechanical activities according to project specifications.
WPR (Non Aramco) and HSE Officers will manage work permit procedures, conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, support toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
Mechanical Workers (Hydrotest) will support hydro testing activities, equipment preparation, pressure testing procedures, and mechanical site operations.
Civil Supervisors and Civil Foremen will manage civil construction activities, coordinate manpower, monitor work progress, and ensure proper execution of site works.
Steel Fixers, Carpenters, and Helpers will support reinforcement work, formwork, construction activities, and general site assistance.
All workers must follow project procedures, maintain safety standards, and complete assigned tasks professionally.

The initial project duration is 4 months (extendable), with a possibility for selected candidates to continue under a 3-year contract based on performance and project requirements.
The company will provide FAT facilities and requires immediate mobilization of approved candidates. Employees should be prepared for site work and must complete document verification before joining.
