Key Responsibilities

They operate grinding equipment safely, remove excess weld material, smooth metal surfaces, and prepare materials for welding or painting. Both positions require employees to follow company safety procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, maintain clean work areas, and cooperate with supervisors and fellow workers to complete daily assignments efficiently. Attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations are essential throughout every stage of the work.
Skills and Knowledge
