Role Overview and Industry Importance

The available positions are essential to maintaining safe and efficient operations on industrial construction projects. Rigger Level I and Rigger Level III professionals are responsible for safe lifting and rigging operations using approved lifting procedures. Fire Watch personnel help prevent fire hazards by monitoring hot work activities and ensuring emergency response readiness. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) coordinate permit-to-work activities and ensure compliance with site safety procedures. Man Lift Operators safely operate elevated work platforms, allowing personnel to perform tasks at height efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will carry out duties according to their assigned roles while following company and client health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Riggers will inspect lifting gear, assist crane operations, and execute lifting activities safely. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work areas, maintain firefighting equipment, and respond to emergency situations when necessary. WPRs will issue and manage work permits, coordinate with supervisors, and verify that all work complies with safety regulations. Man Lift Operators will inspect equipment before use, safely operate lifting platforms, and ensure personnel working at height follow approved safety procedures. All employees are expected to maintain professionalism and comply with industrial safety standards throughout the project.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should possess relevant industrial experience, preferably in refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects. Aramco approval is mandatory for Rigger Level I and Rigger Level III positions. Candidates should have good knowledge of industrial safety procedures, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Man Lift Operators should have experience operating elevated work platforms, while WPR candidates should be familiar with permit-to-work systems.
