Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while ensuring compliance with Aramco quality and safety standards. Fire Watchers will monitor hot work activities and prevent fire hazards. Rigger Level III personnel will supervise lifting operations and ensure safe rigging practices. WPR personnel will manage work permits and safety documentation. Structural Fitters and Fabricators will assemble and install structural components according to engineering drawings, while Pipe Fitters and Piping Foremen will oversee piping installation and fabrication activities. Mechanical, Welding, Instrumentation, and Electrical Supervisors will manage their teams, monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Millwrights, Instrument Technicians, Industrial Electricians, and Foremen will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection duties to support smooth project execution.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must possess relevant technical qualifications and proven industrial experience in their respective trades. Aramco Approval is mandatory for every position, and candidates should also have a valid Vendor Code and Chamber (Ajeer) Registration. Preference will be given to individuals who have previously worked on the Berri AAP–KGP Project. Supervisory positions require leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams efficiently. Technical workers should be capable of interpreting engineering drawings, following project specifications, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
