Saudi Arabia Jobs

Safety Officer , Boiler Foreman, Manhole Watcher, Mechanical Technician and more

A large-scale manpower requirement is currently open for a six-month industrial project in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. The recruitment covers a broad range of technical, supervisory, inspection, safety, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, and general-support positions. The requirement includes both highly skilled personnel and a substantial number of general helpers, reflecting the workforce diversity typically needed for major industrial maintenance and shutdown-related activities. Applicants should have relevant experience for the category they are applying for and must be prepared to meet the project’s documentation requirements before proceeding with recruitment.

Main Responsibilities Across Categories

Selected personnel will perform duties according to their respective trades and assigned site responsibilities. Boiler Foremen, supervisors, and technicians will coordinate and execute specialized mechanical, rotating, electrical, instrumentation, and control activities. QC Inspectors will monitor mechanical work and support quality compliance, while Safety Officers with NEBOSH qualifications will help maintain site safety standards. Welders, fabricators, fitters, insulators, refractory masons, machinists, and valve technicians will carry out their respective construction, maintenance, repair, and installation activities. Crane and forklift operators, riggers, drivers, fire watchers, manhole watchers, standmen, and general helpers will provide essential operational and site-support services. All personnel are expected to follow project procedures, safety requirements, and instructions from authorized site supervision.

Required Skills and Trade Knowledge

Candidates should possess practical experience relevant to the position for which they apply. Technical trades require sound knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, work procedures, and safe operating practices. Boiler Foremen and supervisory personnel should be capable of coordinating teams and monitoring work progress. Mechanical, electrical, I&C, rotary, rotating-equipment, valve, and NDT technicians should understand their respective inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical procedures. Welders and fabricators should have appropriate trade skills, while riggers and equipment operators must understand safe lifting and equipment-handling practices. Safety Officer candidates must have NEBOSH as specified. Every applicant must hold the mandatory Ajeer and Chamber documentation.

Project Environment and Workforce

The project is located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, one of the country’s major industrial areas and a significant center for energy, petrochemical, manufacturing, and related infrastructure activities. A six-month assignment involving this wide range of manpower categories may require close coordination between maintenance crews, technical teams, safety personnel, equipment operators, and general-support workers. Site operations can involve industrial equipment, lifting activities, confined-space support, mechanical maintenance, fabrication, welding, scaffolding, insulation, electrical work, and instrumentation activities. Workers should therefore be prepared for a structured industrial work environment and comply with applicable site safety and access procedures.
