Key Responsibilities
Safety Officers will be responsible for conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring workers follow approved health and safety procedures. They will support toolbox talks, safety observations, risk assessments, and incident reporting activities. WPR personnel will manage work permit requirements, verify permit conditions, coordinate with responsible departments, and ensure work begins only after all safety requirements are completed. Standby Personnel will monitor assigned work areas, remain prepared for emergency situations, and provide immediate support when required. Fire Watchers will continuously observe hot work activities, monitor fire risks, maintain fire prevention measures, and ensure safe working conditions during welding, cutting, and other spark-producing operations.
Required Skills and Professional Requirements
Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial safety operations and should hold SAB Tank Approval as required for these positions. Applicants should understand permit-to-work systems, hot work safety procedures, emergency response requirements, and industrial safety standards.
