Key Responsibilities of the Positions
The Scaffolder Leadman will supervise scaffold erection teams, assign daily tasks, ensure proper use of scaffolding materials, monitor compliance with safety procedures, and assist the foreman in completing project activities on schedule.
The Scaffolder Foreman will oversee all scaffolding operations on site, coordinate manpower and materials, inspect completed scaffolds, ensure compliance with project safety standards, prepare work schedules, and maintain effective communication with project management and safety personnel.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required
Applicants should have previous industrial scaffolding experience in their respective roles. Candidates must possess a valid TUV Card and have strong knowledge of scaffold erection, dismantling, inspection, and workplace safety procedures. Leadership experience is preferred for both positions. Applicants must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready for long-term deployment.
