Trindus Engineering is urgently hiring skilled industrial manpower for a shutdown project in Jubail Industrial Area, Saudi Arabia. The requirement includes multiple technical and operational roles such as Scaffolders, Riggers, WPR, Fire Watch, Heavy Drivers, Scaffolding Foremen, and Forklift Operators. These positions are critical in supporting shutdown maintenance operations where strict safety compliance, technical expertise, and rapid mobilization are essential.
Shutdown projects require highly disciplined and experienced personnel who can work under tight deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with industrial maintenance experience and the required vendor approvals.
Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures while ensuring safety compliance. Riggers (Level 1, 2, and 3) will manage lifting operations, secure loads, and support crane movements following approved rigging procedures.
WPR personnel will ensure that all work permits are obtained and verified before any task begins. Fire Watch personnel will monitor work areas for fire hazards and maintain readiness during hot work activities. Heavy Drivers will transport materials and equipment safely, while Scaffolding Foremen will supervise scaffold teams and ensure work quality.
Forklift Operators will handle material movement using Hangcha forklifts, ensuring safe operation and proper coordination with site logistics teams. All workers must follow shutdown schedules, site safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have relevant industrial shutdown experience according to the role applied for. Scaffolders must possess valid TUV certification and vendor code. Riggers must have Aramco approval for their respective levels.
WPR candidates must hold a valid Rastanura EOLB. Fire Watch, Heavy Driver, Scaffolding Foreman, and Forklift Operator applicants must have valid vendor code. Candidates should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in shutdown conditions. Prior Gulf industrial experience will be considered an advantage.
