Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
The selected Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while ensuring that all installations comply with approved safety standards and project specifications. Structure Fabricators will fabricate and assemble structural steel components by interpreting engineering drawings, preparing materials, cutting, fitting, and ensuring precise fabrication according to project requirements. Steel Erectors will install and align structural steel members, safely operate lifting equipment when required, and ensure structural components are securely assembled. Fire Watch personnel will continuously monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, maintain fire prevention measures, inspect surrounding work areas, and respond immediately to emergency situations if necessary. All employees will work closely with supervisors and safety teams to maintain productivity while complying with all workplace safety regulations.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required
Applicants should possess relevant industrial construction experience in their respective trade and demonstrate the technical skills required to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently. Candidates must have the required Vendor Code and should be familiar with industrial project safety standards and site procedures.
