Key Responsibilities
Structure Foremen will supervise structural work activities, coordinate workers, monitor progress, and ensure that assigned tasks follow project requirements. Electricians will carry out electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related site activities under approved procedures. E&I Foremen will supervise electrical and instrumentation teams and coordinate daily activities. Helpers and Flagmen will assist skilled workers, support material movement, and help manage safe movement around active work areas. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and maintain scaffolding systems according to approved safety requirements. Mainlift personnel will assist with lifting and heavy-equipment activities while following established lifting procedures and instructions from authorized supervisors.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and be capable of working efficiently in an industrial or construction environment. Foremen should have strong team coordination and supervisory abilities, while Electricians should possess suitable electrical knowledge and practical experience. E&I Foremen should understand electrical and instrumentation activities and be able to manage field teams. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffolding practices and working-at-height requirements. Helpers and Flagmen should be physically capable, attentive, and able to follow instructions.
