Key Responsibilities
Selected Welding Foremen will supervise daily welding activities, assign tasks to welding teams, and ensure all fabrication work is completed according to approved engineering drawings and technical standards. Responsibilities include monitoring welding quality, coordinating with supervisors and inspectors, and ensuring proper use of welding equipment and safety procedures. Welding Foremen are also responsible for maintaining productivity, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the project duration. They must conduct regular inspections, support workforce discipline, and ensure all welding activities comply with industrial safety regulations and quality requirements.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants must possess strong experience in welding supervision within industrial or construction projects. Candidates should have good knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication standards, material handling, and workforce management. The ability to read technical drawings, coordinate welding operations, and maintain project quality standards is essential. Applicants must possess valid Chamber documentation, valid Iqama, and valid Muqeem for processing.
