Primary Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Mechanical Foremen will oversee mechanical teams, ensuring work quality and timely completion. Millwrights will perform precision installation and maintenance of rotating equipment, whereas Firewatch personnel will monitor hot work activities and respond to fire safety requirements. Flagmen will manage traffic movement and workplace safety, Helpers will assist skilled workers with daily operational tasks, and Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will coordinate permit processes to ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
