Al Bayan Global General Contracting Establishment is urgently hiring experienced professionals for multiple positions on the prestigious L&T Project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking qualified Piping Supervisors, Piping Foremen, E&I Supervisors, E&I Foremen, Work Permit Receivers (WPR – Piping & E&I), Electricians, and E&I Technicians for a long-term industrial project. These roles are critical to ensuring the successful execution of piping, electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The selected Piping Supervisors and Piping Foremen will supervise piping installation activities, coordinate workforce operations, interpret engineering drawings, monitor work quality, and ensure compliance with project specifications. E&I Supervisors and E&I Foremen will oversee electrical and instrumentation activities, supervise technicians, ensure proper installation and testing of equipment, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
Work Permit Receivers (WPR – Piping & E&I) will manage permit-to-work procedures, coordinate with client representatives, verify worksite readiness, maintain permit documentation, and ensure all work is carried out safely in accordance with project requirements. Electricians will install, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical systems, while E&I Technicians will perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and testing of instrumentation and electrical equipment. All employees will work collaboratively to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industrial construction experience in their respective disciplines. L&T project experience is mandatory for both WPR (Piping) and WPR (E&I) positions. Candidates applying for supervisory and foreman positions should possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and the ability to manage site teams effectively. Electricians and E&I Technicians should have practical experience with industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
