Black Sheild International is urgently recruiting experienced Millwrights for an industrial project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The company is looking to hire 50 qualified professionals for immediate mobilization. This opportunity is ideal for skilled mechanical tradesmen who have experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, and alignment of industrial machinery and rotating equipment. Millwrights play a vital role in ensuring that heavy machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime, making them an essential part of industrial construction and maintenance projects.
This project offers a competitive hourly rate and provides an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates to work on a professional industrial site in one of Saudi Arabia’s leading industrial cities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The selected Millwrights will be responsible for installing, dismantling, assembling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Daily duties include reading mechanical drawings, performing equipment alignment, inspecting machinery components, replacing worn or damaged parts, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of mechanical systems.
Additional responsibilities include using precision measuring instruments, assisting with machinery commissioning, troubleshooting mechanical issues, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and working closely with engineers and supervisors to complete tasks according to project schedules. Millwrights must also follow company safety procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with industrial safety standards.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience working as a Millwright in industrial plants, construction projects, manufacturing facilities, or maintenance environments. Candidates should possess strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and practical knowledge of machinery installation, alignment, and maintenance procedures.
A valid Ajeer is mandatory for this position. Applicants must also have a Valid Iqama, Updated Muqeem, Chamber Registration, CR Copy, and a Medical Report. Candidates should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in demanding industrial environments. Good teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail will be considered valuable qualifications.
