Urban Legacy International Contracting is urgently hiring experienced Safety Officers for projects in Riyadh and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates who are NWC (National Water Company) Approved and possess a valid driving license. Safety Officers are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

The selected Safety Officers will monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and NWC safety standards. Their responsibilities include conducting routine safety inspections, identifying workplace hazards, implementing corrective actions, organizing toolbox talks, investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring that all employees follow approved safety procedures. They will also coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and workers to promote a strong safety culture, monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure all work activities comply with client and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants must be NWC Approved, which is a mandatory requirement for this position. A valid Saudi driving license is also compulsory. Candidates should have excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety management.
